Amnesty International publishes the following letter received from the Government of Iraq on 2 April 2023 in response to an open letter (ref: MDE 14/6433/2023) sent by the organization to Prime Minister Al-Sudani on 23 March 2023 titled “Open Letter to Prime Minister Al-Sudani: End Iraq’s Reign of Impunity”.
