In this submission, Amnesty International raises concern about the high number of cases of rape and other sexual violence affecting women and girls that never lead to prosecution; violations of the rights of so-called “vulnerable EU citizens” in Sweden, most of whom are Roma; and the failure to criminalize torture in Swedish criminal law.
