In this document Amnesty International makes recommendations to the governments of different states about ratification of international human rights standards, domestic legislation and human rights violations. The abuse of rights considered includes those of Indigenous peoples, ethnic minorities, migrants and refugees, women, LGBTI people as well as violations of human rights such as the death penalty, torture or ill-treatment and arbitrary detention.
