Amnesty International and 33 organizations sent a Joint Open Letter to the Government of Thailand to halt the extradition of Recognized Refugee Y Quynh Bdap. The letter was received by the Deputy Secretary General of Prime Minister in Political Affairs, Somkid Chueakong at the Government House.
