Cuba: They want to silence us but we will continue to resist: Authoritarian practices and state violence against women in Cuba

This report documents the state repression and violence exercised by the Cuban authorities against
women human rights defenders, activists and journalists. By means of entrenched authoritarian practices such as arbitrary detention, unlawful surveillance, misuse of the criminal justice system, physical and psychological violence, and violations of the right to a fair trial, the authorities seek to silence critical and dissenting voices.
