In a judicial review brought by Al-Haq against the Secretary of State for Business and Trade, Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch submit that the United Kingdom has an obligation to prevent genocide against Palestinians in Gaza and should therefore cease any direct or indirect supply of military equipment to Israel.
