Iran: Dhabihullah Mahrami: prisoner of conscience

This document describes the case of Dhabihullah Mahrami, a Baha’i aged about 50, who is currently detained in a prison in Yazd, central Iran, facing charges of apostasy which can carry the death penalty. Amnesty International believes him to be a prisoner of conscience, held solely on account of his religious beliefs, and is calling for his immediate and unconditional release.
