Amnesty International conducted research into the treatment of migrant workers employed by labour supply companies and put to work in franchised Carrefour facilities in Saudi Arabia. As part of the research, Amnesty International contacted both Carrefour Group and its franchise partner Majid Al Futtaim on two occasions to seek details about their human rights due diligence processes, and to share allegations of labour abuses at the facilities. Responses from both companies are attached.
