Amnesty International is deeply concerned about the criminal prosecution and imprisonment on “high treason” charges of Mark Kislitsyn. Having studied available information, the organization believes that Mark Kislitsyn is being prosecuted solely for his peaceful anti-war position and therefore, is a prisoner of conscience who must be released immediately and unconditionally.
