Osman Idris Abo Rass, Deputy Secretary of the Ba’ath Arab Socialist Party and Hassan Ahmed Hassan Basheer, members of a banned political party have been arrested. Both are believed to be at risk of torture. They are reportedly held without access to their lawyers, families or medical treatment.
