This submission has been prepared by Amnesty International in advance of the consideration by the UN Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (the Committee) at its 74th session of the follow-up to the concluding observations of the Committee on Finland’s seventh periodic report on the implementation of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (the Covenant). The submission provides follow-up information about business and human rights, access to Covid-19 vaccines and drugs, and the right to social security in accordance with paragraph 54 of the concluding observations.
