Amnesty International is seriously concerned for the safety of Pushpa Lal Dhakal, Pushpa Neupane and four other people who were reportedly rearrested by security forces personnel on 25 July. They were detained immediately after being released from Jhapa District Court, Chandragadi, Bhadrapur municipality and are at risk of torture or ill-treatment.
