Dion Smallwood is scheduled to be executed in Oklahoma on 18 January 2001. He was sentenced to death for the 1992 murder of Lois Frederick. His clemency hearing before the state Pardon and Parole Board is due to take place on 4 December. Dion Smallwood, has a history of mental illness, and was initially found incompetent to stand trial.
