Elke Tsang Kai Mong, a Hong Kong citizen convicted of drug trafficking, was hanged as scheduled on 16 December 1994 in Moon Crescent prison, Singapore. Two Thai men, Vinit Sopon and Pairoj Bunsom, were also executed on the same day. They had also been convicted of drug trafficking.
