On 23 July 2008, the German Federal Office for Migration and Refugees, repealed its decision to forcibly return Mohamed Abdelrahman Ferah to Eritrea. Mohamed Abdelrahman Ferah has been allowed to enter Germany and apply for asylum without risk of expulsion.
