Those named are among scores of people arrested on 26 August in Agaro town, near Jimma in the Oromia Region, over 300 kilometres southwest of the capital Addis Ababa. They are being held in incommunicado detention without charge or trial in Agaro prison and have not been brought to court within the 48 hour period required by law.
