Amnesty International calls on all parties to the former conflict, as well as the international community, to take steps to clarify the fate of “disappeared” and missing persons, like Fahir Penava. The organization calls for those suspected of being responsible for such abductions to be brought to justice, and for the the families of the “disappeared” to be compensated.
