Amnesty International welcomes the opportunity to provide comments and suggestions on the Draft General comment No. 26 on children’s rights and the environment with a special focus on climate change. Amnesty International suggests that the Committee refers to the right to a clean, healthy and sustainable environment throughout, starting from the introduction.
