Syria: Prisoners of conscience/incommunicado detention/fear of torture and ill-treatment

Human rights defenders Muhammad Ra’dun and Nizar Ristnawi are being detained incommunicado and are in danger of torture and ill-treatment. Amnesty International considers them to be prisoners of conscience, detained solely for carrying out their peaceful and legitimate human rights work.
