This submission, coordinated by the Global Alliance for Tax Justice (GATJ) with the support of the European Network on Debt and Development (Eurodad) and signed by over 175 civil society organizations – including Amnesty International – and trade unions, is a joint response to the call for inputs to the work of the Ad Hoc Committee to Draft Terms of Reference for a United Nations Framework Convention on International Tax Cooperation.
