Ahead of the General Assembly Plenary consideration of the Human Rights Defenders Resolution on 17 December 2015, Amnesty International, joined by over 190 NGOs, urges all UN Member States to support the resolution. This follows the draft resolution being put to a vote for the first time in its history at Third Committee on 25 November 2015.
