Trade unionists appeal cases (includes correction to Indonesia appeal case)

This report contains five appeal cases for trade unionists from around the world who have suffered human rights violations. The cases are: the political killings of trade union leaders Guillermo Marin, Luis Efren Correa and Jairo de Leon Agudelo in Colombia; the arrest, detention without charge or trial and reported torture of Ali al-Mahi Al-Sakhi, President of the Central Foundry Workers Trade Union of Sudan; Muchtar Pakpahan, Chairman of the SBSI trade union in Indonesia, who is a prisoner of conscience; trade union leaders believed to be in incommunicado detention in Nigeria (Chief Frank Ovie Kokori, Olu Aderibigbe, Francis A Addo, Fidelis Aidelomon and Wariebi Kojo Agamene); and Bilall Idrizi, a member of the Independent Trade Union of Police officers of Kosovo (Yugoslavia), who was detained and tortured.
