Amnesty International and 18 other organizations have written a joint open letter to U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken calling on the U.S. government to urge its UAE ally to release human rights defender Ahmed Mansoor and other unjustly held prisoners before the 2023 global climate conference being held in the UAE this November.
