The organisations supporting this submission propose a list of thematic priorities within the scope of the decision FCCC/PA/CMA/2023/L.14 adopted at COP28 of the UNFCCC in Dubai to provide an agenda and inform the working methods of the Just Transition Work Programme (JTWP) designed to ensure the implementation of the JTWP is in alignment with international human rights standards and states’ human rights obligations.
