This document provides Amnesty International’s assessment of progress made by Andorra towards implementation of
recommendations on human rights concerns including Human Rights Defenders, Freedom of Expression, Sexual and
Reproductive Health, Equality and non-discrimination, Ratification and/or accession to human rights treaties noted or
accepted at its third Universal Periodic Review in March 2021.
