There are fears for the safety of the above-named individual, who has not been seen since 9 January 1998, when he was taken from home to an unknown destination by soldiers of the Rwandese Patriotic Army. His arrest has not been officially acknowledged. The soldiers reportedly also burned the nearby houses of two of his sisters before leaving the area.
