Willie Clisby, black, is scheduled to be executed in Alabama on 28 April 1995. He was sentenced to death in 1983 for the murder of a black man. Willie Clisby has been diagnosed as mentally ill and borderline mentally retarded. He has a long history of drug and alcohol abuse. His original trial did not address mental health as a mitigating factor.
