Belarus: Further information on fear of torture or ill-treatment / possible “disappearance”

The whereabouts of the prominent opposition leader, Viktor Gonchar, and his companion, Anatoly Krasovsky, remain unknown. The two men “disappeared” on 16 September 1999.
