Pakistan: Act now for Atiq-Ur Rehman
Atiq-ur Rehman, a 29-year-old scientist and officer of Pakistan’s Atomic Energy Commission, was apprehended in Abbotabad, North West Frontier Province on 25 June 2004, the day of his wedding. State representatives have denied holding him or having any knowledge of his whereabouts. This document calls for the investigation into his whereabouts, his release and for those responsible to be brought to justice.
