John George Brewer, white, aged 27, is scheduled to be executed on 3 March 1993. He has chosen to give up his legal appeals and has consented to the execution. He was sentenced to death for murder in 1988. Brewer has reportedly suffered from serious psychiatric problems throughout his life.
