Stop militarized immigration operations in the USA
Across the United States, immigration agents are carrying out widespread human rights violations with impunity, including extrajudicial executions, mass detentions and deportations. Fear grips communities as masked agents have escalated their operations into unchecked violence. Demand US authorities end militarized immigration enforcement!
What’s the problem?
A pattern of death and impunity is escalating in militarized immigration operations across the United States. Federal agents shot dead two civilians in Minneapolis within three weeks: on 7 January immigration agents fatally shot Renee Macklin Good, a community responder who was observing immigration authorities in her community. On 24 January, immigration agents also fatally shot Alex Pretti in Minneapolis while he was filming them and attempting to help an individual being assaulted by an agent.
Immigration and Custom Enforcement (ICE) agents, operating with paramilitary-style tactics, have been unleashed to carry out violent and abusive policing and detention practices with little oversight or accountability.
These agents are abducting people from their homes, schools, jobs, and streets. They are separating children from their families and communities and shipping them to unsafe detention centers with little due process or transparency. In just the first two weeks of 2026, there were six additional deaths in ICE custody.
We demand justice for these repeated violations of law and human rights. Raise your voice to stop these abuses
