International Criminal Court: Concerns at the fourth session of the Assembly of States Parties (28 November – 3 December 2005).

In Part A, this paper examines and makes recommendations on items including: the status of overdue assessed contributions; the Trust Fund for Victims; the 2006 Budget; the New York Liaison Office; and the Permanent Premises. In Part B of this paper, Amnesty International identifies and makes recommendations on the issues which the Assembly is failing to address such as the slowdown in ratifications of the Rome Statute and the campaign by the United States of America to undermine the Court. In Part C, the paper examines other important issues that are not on the provisional agenda of the fourth session.
