Ki Seh-moon and Lee Kyung-rol were arrested on 11 and 12 March 1995 under South Korea’s National Security Law. They appear to be held for the non-violent exercise of their right to freedom of expression. They are accused of issuing a pamphlet condoning the activities of a former long-term political prisoner, Yoon Ki-nam, who died in February this year.
