As the UN Human Rights Committee prepares to review Armenia's compliance with the ICCPR, Amnesty International remains concerned about continuing human rights violations particularly around the issues of the death penalty, torture and ill-treatment, unfair trials, arbitrary arrest and conscientious objection to military service.
