\uff09\u8868\u793a\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u5c06\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4eba\u6216\u4efb\u4f55\u7ef4\u543e\u5c14\u4eba\u5f3a\u5236\u9063\u8fd4\u56de\u4e2d\u56fd\uff0c\u4f1a\u4f7f\u4ed6\u4eec\u9762\u4e34\u4eba\u6743\u906d\u4e25\u91cd\u4fb5\u72af\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u6566\u4fc3\u6cf0\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u6e05\u695a\u8bf4\u660e\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4eba\u7684\u73b0\u51b5\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u8fc7\u53bb\u4ed6\u4eec\u906d\u9047\u7684\u82e6\u96be\u5df2\u4ee4\u4eba\u6cae\u4e27\uff1a\u4ed6\u4eec\u9003\u79bb\u4e86\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u9547\u538b\uff0c\u5374\u5728\u6cf0\u56fd\u88ab\u4efb\u610f\u62d8\u7559\u4e86\u5341\u591a\u5e74\u3002\u73b0\u5728\u4ed6\u4eec\u5219\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u5f3a\u5236\u9063\u8fd4\uff0c\u56de\u5230\u4e00\u4e2a\u65b0\u7586\u7ef4\u543e\u5c14\u4eba\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u975e\u6c49\u6c11\u65cf\u4e00\u76f4\u9762\u4e34\u9177\u5211\u548c\u8650\u5f85\u3001\u4efb\u610f\u62d8\u7559\u548c\u5f3a\u8feb\u5931\u8e2a\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u4ee4\u4eba\u96be\u4ee5\u60f3\u8c61\u7684\u6b8b\u9177\u51b3\u5b9a\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u6cf0\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u672c\u5e94\u4fdd\u62a4\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4eba\uff0c\u4f46\u5374\u6545\u610f\u8ba9\u4ed6\u4eec\u9762\u4e34\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u5728\u6b64\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u6cf0\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u65e0\u89c6<a href=\"https:\/\/zh.amnesty.org\/region-country\/asia-and-the-pacific\/thailand\/thailand-release-refugees-from-detention\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>\u56fd\u9645\u7279\u8d66\u7ec4\u7ec7\u548c\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u4e13\u5bb6\u7684\u8bf7\u613f<\/strong><\/a>\uff0c\u5176\u6566\u4fc3\u4e0d\u8981\u8fdd\u53cd\u56fd\u9645\u548c\u56fd\u5185\u516c\u8ba4\u7684\u4e0d\u9a71\u56de\u539f\u5219\u3002\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u6cf0\u56fd\u521a\u521a\u5f53\u9009\u4e3a\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u4eba\u6743\u7406\u4e8b\u4f1a\u6210\u5458\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u73b0\u5728\u6211\u4eec\u547c\u5401\u6cf0\u56fd\u548c\u4e2d\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u516c\u5f00\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4eba\u7684\u4e0b\u843d\u2014\u2014\u5982\u679c\u4ed6\u4eec\u7ee7\u7eed\u5728\u62bc\uff0c\u5219\u5e94\u786e\u4fdd\u5c0a\u91cd\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u6240\u6709\u6743\u5229\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4e0d\u53d7\u9177\u5211\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u5f62\u5f0f\u8650\u5f85\u7684\u6743\u5229\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u88ab\u9063\u8fd4\u7684\u5176\u4e2d\u8bb8\u591a\u4eba\u5728\u62d8\u7559\u591a\u5e74\u540e\u5065\u5eb7\u72b6\u51b5\u6781\u5dee\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u5fc5\u987b\u83b7\u5f97\u9002\u5f53\u548c\u5145\u5206\u7684\u533b\u7597\u7167\u62a4\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u547c\u5401\u7ec8\u6b62\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4eba\u7684\u82e6\u96be\uff0c\u5e76\u6566\u4fc3\u5f53\u5c40\u7ef4\u62a4\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u884c\u52a8\u81ea\u7531\u6743\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u65e9\u8be5\u88ab\u5141\u8bb8\u5b89\u5168\u56de\u5bb6\u4e0e\u5bb6\u4eba\u56e2\u805a\u4e86\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u80cc\u666f\u4fe1\u606f<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4eca\u5929\u88ab\u9a71\u9010\u7684\u7ef4\u543e\u5c14\u4eba\u662f\u7ea6300\u540d\u7ef4\u543e\u5c14\u4eba\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u5f53\u65f6\u5728\u9003\u79bb\u4e2d\u56fd\u65b0\u7586\u7ef4\u543e\u5c14\u81ea\u6cbb\u533a\u7684\u8feb\u5bb3\u548c\u6b67\u89c6\u540e\uff0c\u4e8e2014\u5e743\u670813\u65e5\u88ab\u6cf0\u56fd\u5f53\u5c40\u902e\u6355\u30022015\u5e747\u6708\uff0c\u8be5\u7fa4\u4eba\u4e2d\u5171\u6709109\u4eba\u88ab\u9a71\u9010\u56de\u4e2d\u56fd\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u56fd\u9645\u7279\u8d66\u7ec4\u7ec7\u8bb0\u5f55\u5230\u4e2d\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u5728\u65b0\u7586\u5bf9\u7ef4\u543e\u5c14\u4eba\u7684\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u548c\u7cfb\u7edf\u6027\u8650\u5f85\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5728\u62d8\u7981\u8425\u4e2d\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u3002\u6709\u8d85\u8fc7\u4e00\u767e\u4e07\u4eba\u88ab\u4efb\u610f\u62d8\u7559\u5728\u6b64\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u56fd\u9645\u7279\u8d66\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5728<a href=\"https:\/\/zh.amnesty.org\/china-xinjiang-crimes-against-humanity\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>2021\u5e74\u7684\u4e00\u4efd\u62a5\u544a\u4e2d<\/strong><\/a>\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u9488\u5bf9\u65b0\u7586\u7684\u7ef4\u543e\u5c14\u65cf\u3001\u54c8\u8428\u514b\u65cf\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u4ee5\u7a46\u65af\u6797\u4e3a\u4e3b\u7684\u6c11\u65cf\uff0c\u81f3\u5c11\u72af\u4e0b\u4e86\u6709\u5173\u76d1\u7981\u3001\u9177\u5211\u548c\u8feb\u5bb3\u7684\u5371\u5bb3\u4eba\u7c7b\u7f6a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2025\u5e741\u6708\uff0c\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u4e13\u5bb6\u66fe<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ohchr.org\/en\/press-releases\/2025\/01\/thailand-must-immediately-halt-deportation-48-uyghurs-china-un-experts#:~:text=GENEVA%20%E2%80%93%20The%20Government%20of%20Thailand%20must%20immediately,degrading%20treatment%20or%20punishment%20if%20they%20are%20returned.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer
