This document provides a compilation of recommendations to states whose human rights record will be considered during the 39th session of the Universal Periodic Review, 1-12 November 2021. The countries covered are Antigua and Barbuda, Eswatini, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Papua New Guinea, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Samoa, Tajikistan, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago and Tanzania.
