Amnesty International is submitting this shadow report to the Group of Experts on Action against Violence against Women and Domestic Violence (GREVIO) in advance of GREVIO’s monitoring visit to Poland. The visit is part of the ongoing evaluation procedure regarding the country’s legislative and other measures giving effect to the Council of Europe Convention on Preventing and Combatting Violence against Women and Domestic Violence (Istanbul Convention).
