This submission has been prepared in advance of the consideration by the UN Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights at its 73rd session of the second periodic report on Cambodia’s implementation of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. The submission provides information about human rights violations in the context of drug policies, forced evictions, and the rights of Indigenous peoples.
