Two years ago in June 2010 four days of violence between ethnic Kyrgyz and ethnic Uzbeks in Osh and Jalal-Abad left hundreds dead, thousands injured and hundreds of thousands displaced. This report shows that it is becoming ever more essential that the a system of specialist independent, unbiased investigations is set in place as soon as possible to provide justice and combat impunity.
