Following his inauguration on 25 February 2010, President Victor Yanukovych has the opportunity to build on past progress in human rights and address some outstanding concerns. In this document Amnesty International asks President Yanukovych to act now to ensure that Ukraine upholds its international human rights commitments in practice.
