USA: Further information on Death Penalty
The following four men were all executed in South Carolina during December 1998, the month of the 50th anniversary of the UDHR: Larry Gilbert, J.D. Gleaton, Louis Joe Truesdale and Andrew Lavern Smith. All four are black.
