Henry de Jesus Rendon, leading member of the civic movement Unidos para el Progreso, has not been seen since he was abducted by armed men on 31 May 1995. AI is gravely concerned for his safety. Since 31 May, the two other members of Unido para el Progreso named above have reportedly received death threats.
