El 13 de marzo de 2026, el Tribunal de Apelaciones de T\u00fanez conden\u00f3 a la figura de la oposici\u00f3n Abir Moussi a diez a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n por acusaciones infundadas de intentar cambiar la forma de gobierno e \u201cincitar a la violencia\u201d y al desorden. La condena se suma a dos a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n impuestos en otra causa. En diciembre de 2025, el Tribunal de Primera Instancia de T\u00fanez la hab\u00eda condenado inicialmente a 12 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n tras un juicio manifiestamente injusto basado en las mismas acusaciones. Este informe documenta patrones en la aprobaci\u00f3n e implementaci\u00f3n de \u201cleyes anti-ONG\u201d en Ecuador, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Per\u00fa y Venezuela.
