Amnesty International welcomes the Follow-up report on the Joint Study on Global Practices in Relation to Secret Detention by the Special Rapporteur on human rights and counter-terrorism. This oral statement is a renewed call for accountability for secret detention and renditions, with a few to eradicate these practices.
