In this document Amnesty International comments on specific provisions in relation to criminal justice interventions, the adverse effects of anti-trafficking measures, the inclusion of affected persons in decision-making, and trafficking in conflict contexts. It should not be seen as an exhaustive list of concerns or suggestions. Amnesty International, as part of the Sex Worker Inclusive Feminist Alliance (SWIFA), submitted a separate set of comments pertaining to sex workers’ rights more broadly.
