This document presents Amnesty International’s submission on Argentina to the UN Special Rapporteur on the Right to Education. It has been prepared in response to the call for contributions to inform the Special Rapporteur’s forthcoming thematic report on curriculum, pedagogy and assessment, which will be presented at the 62nd session of the Human Rights Council.
