Amnesty International welcomes the call for comments on the Draft Guidelines on the implementation of the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography. This document focuses on specific provisions in relation to the rights of trans, intersex and non-binary children and adolescents and in relation to training and education. It should not be seen as an exhaustive list of concerns or suggestions.
