Amnesty International has learned of a recent attack by paramilitaries in the community of Portachuelo in which the following people were killed; Miguel Antonio Arboleda, Alberto Arcadio Londoño Bravo, Francisco Javier Villa and Oscar Isaza. As a result of the attack there is fear for safety of the restof the civilian population.
