Nigeria: Act now: Chukwuemeka Matthew Onovo

Chukwuemeka Matthew Onovo, aged 22, was shot and killed by the police in July 2008. The police claimed that he was an armed robber, but an eyewitness said he was unarmed when he was killed. The police have made no further attempt to investigate his death. In this document Amnesty International calls for an immediate, impartial and thorough investigation into this death and for his family to receive full reparation.
