This joint letter signed by 12 organizations calls on the Human Rights Council to adopt a resolution at its upcoming 47th session to address the crisis in Tigray, Ethiopia and fulfil its mandate to address and prevent violations of human rights, including gross and systematic violations and abuses, and to respond promptly to emergencies.
